I agree to complete any remaining vetting not done by the time of adoption, including DAPP series, Rabies vaccine, and spay/neuter. I agree to discuss with WRW what remaining vetting is specifically covered by my adoption fee. I agree that covered vetting will be administered by either a WRW representative (boosters) or a WRW approved vet partner. I understand that vetting not expressly covered or not performed by a WRW vet partner will not be reimbursed.

I understand that despite this care, dogs, especially puppies, may sometimes break with illness after adoption or have internal parasites even after deworming, and that multiple dewormings may be required.

Adoption fee: Please discuss and agree to the adoption fee with a WRW team member. The adoption fee varies by pet and represents a contribution to defer the rescue's expenses both directly and indirectly attributed to this and other pets. The fee is non-refundable, even if you complete vetting at your own expense, unless agreed to in advance by WRW.
